Creating AWS Auto scaling with Lifecycle hook -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create AWS auto scaling with lifecycle hook for my load balanced infrastructure setup. The purpose of the auto scaling with lifecycle hook is to run a command before terminating the insatnce. The ideal freelancer should have experience with AWS auto scaling and lifecycle hooks.
