Create a windows environment on AWS

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a Windows environment on AWS for data processing purposes.

Configuration:
- 2 types of users: admin and regular users, all using only RDP
- for regular users:
- only selected websites are available
- rdp connections to other environments are available
- all the rest is blocked
- clipboard is also blocked
- extended logging should be available
- regular users get a notice that all the actions are captured by video

Main Purpose:
- The main purpose of the Windows environment is data processing.

A short manual should be provided with instructions to:
- add, modify and remove a regular user
- setup the possible connections for each regular user
- manage the loggings

Software Requirements:
- software to capture all actions

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in setting up Windows environments on AWS
- Familiarity with the software specified by the client
- Ability to follow detailed specifications and requirements
