Create a custom autoparts website.
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
NOTE:
AI generated and immediate responses of this project are not going to be considered, only proposals that are sent in a reasonable time manner and a real human that took the time to read is going to be considered.
Overview
I’m ready to move my auto-parts shop online and need a streamlined custom solution that I can maintain myself. The catalogue is small—fewer than 100 items—so performance, automation, and an intuitive admin dashboard are more important than marketplace-scale features.
Infrastructure & Stack
I’m already hosting other projects on Vercel, so I want the storefront deployed there. For data, I currently lean toward a Heroku-hosted Postgres instance, but I’m open to smarter suggestions (Supabase, PlanetScale, etc.) if they fit better and keep the workflow simple.
I own the domain; we’ll just need to point DNS correctly once the site is live.
The site must be SEO-optimized and discoverable via Google and Bing, with product tags and structured metadata to improve visibility in search results.

Core Requirements
• Clean, responsive storefront built with a modern framework (React or similar) and deployed to Vercel.
• Admin panel where I can quickly create, edit, or retire products; upload photos; set prices and stock; and toggle visibility.
• Automatic connection with my accounting and inventory system, so stock deductions and accounting entries are synced in real time.
• Integrated payment gateways, including traditional card processors (e.g. Stripe Elements or another PCI-compliant solution).
• Cryptocurrency payment support (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, etc.) through a reliable API or gateway.
• AI-powered compatibility assistant that tells the customer if a spare part fits their specific vehicle (based on vehicle make, model, and year).
• Shipping calculator that automatically applies rates by Costa Rican province and can also calculate international shipping based on my courier’s pricing table.
• SEO-friendly product pages with schema markup for rich search results.
• Environment variables and a detailed README so I can redeploy or extend the project independently.

Acceptance Criteria
1. I can add a new item from the admin panel and see it live—no code required.
2. A test checkout with a real card (sandbox mode) succeeds and records the order in the database.
3. Cryptocurrency payments can be simulated successfully in test mode.
4. The system automatically updates stock and accounting entries upon confirmed checkout.
5. Entering a sample address for any Costa Rican province returns the correct domestic shipping cost, and international destinations calculate shipping using my courier’s rates.
6. The AI assistant accurately advises compatibility for at least 90% of test vehicle-part queries.
7. CI/CD to Vercel passes on every push; database migrations run automatically.
8. Make automatic invoices according to the products.
9. Final hand-off includes:
o Full Git repository access
o Infrastructure and data flow diagrams
o A brief video walkthrough of the admin panel
