Create an application on AWS release it to app store and Play Store

Use Chatgpt to create an application on AWS and release it to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. To do so, I need some professional help. First of all, I need to create the back-end for the application, and I need help with user permissions and authentication. Additionally, I need assistance with developing the application itself.
