Create a Rotating Proxy server using a cloud provider, like AWS / Google / Azure.

A Rotating Proxy server, is a HTTP proxy, that on every request, or every x minutes changes it's egress IP address. This is different from a static proxy server that has one IP address. Cloud providers like AWS / Google / Azure have large pools of IP addresses, and often, their services rotate between egress IP addresses by default.

The proxy server must have standard capabilities, such as being able to support HTTPS, and maintain cookies. (HTTP or SOCKS5 is fine)

Once demonstrated, a command such as;

curl -x http://<yourproxy> https://checkip.amazonaws.com

Will return a different IP address every time it is executed.

The proxy should be username / password protected, if this is not too difficult to do.

Once complete, I will need full instructions to deploy this on my own AWS / Google / Azure account, and may need some help with this process.

I will pay a milestone payment of 50% of the total price, which will be released once you can demonstrate the "curl" command as described above. I will release the final 100% when installed on my own account, with instructions.
