Create a Project to send SMS using amazon SNS

We need a simple single-page cfml file that will send sms using amazon SNS services , (using their rest API) u need to use your own account for testing, once the project is completed we will test it with our credentials.(our IAM user details) once the test is completed and upon handing over the source code we will release the payment.
