Create a MVP for an IoT Project (smart buildings)

I am looking for a software developer, with IoT experience, to create a MVP for an IoT Project related to smart buildings. The idea is to use an existing IoT platform on the market to facilitate development, which already has the structure ready and is easy to build, focusing efforts on customization. The Tago.IO platform is preferable, mainly because of the blueprints and starter kits that are ready and available for use there.
