Create AWS playground

Approach for Creating AWS playground.
Flow:
User authenticates to the web app (Google Auth)
1> Each Users is given temporary account/apikey/apisecret.
2> For time period of 120 minutes
3> User should be able to access console or use Api keys (Watch screenshot )

Note:
1> Proposal to be considered should have a high-level approach. Without this it will be considered as spam.
