Create AWS Server to Host On Premise Server Software Application for 2 Users

Looking to Host a Time and Billing software application that is on an On Premise Server on AWS. Need to remote desktop work stations built out connected to the server and would like to install a license of Office 365 on both desktops. Need to be able to transfer files between AWS and Local PC and Print Locally if needed. Need guidance to accessing and managing the installation.
