Covert EC2 fixed instance to scalable for ecommerce website

Covert EC2 fixed instance to scalable for ecommerce website. Current instance is t3.medium with 2CPU. being slow as 10GB or 30GB volume is filled up. Need solution for auto scaling and also for long term ecommerce run.
