Cost-Effective AWS Server Optimization

I am looking for a skilled AWS specialist to help optimize my server with a specific focus on cost reduction.
The key goal of this project is to ensure that my AWS Server is operating efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct an in-depth review of current AWS services and costs to identify areas of savings.
- Propose and implement changes to the server setup that will reduce operational costs without sacrificing performance.
Statement of captain app technology - We had a base app trolley which was a multi vendor e commerce app, which has 5 server required. App server, DB Server, Elastic Search Server, Mongo DB Server, Python Server deployed on its own ec2 instance. We used this base app to modify and create the Captain app using same code base of trolley. But as Captain app is using only App server, MQTT Server and DB Server we want to remove the ec2 instances for Elastic Search Server and Python server. Since there is dependency of codes from app server on Elastic Search Server and Python server, if we shut them down directly code will break, so first code dependencies of app server needs to be removed by making required modification in app server code, then those Elastic Search Server and Python server needs to be shut down.
