Copying EC2 Instance with Enhanced Features in same region

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can help me with copying an EC2 instance with enhanced features in the EU (Ireland) region. I want to implement both better security and improved performance in the copied instance.
Skills and experience required:
- Expertise in AWS EC2 instances and their configuration
- Proficiency in implementing enhanced security measures and performance optimizations
- Familiarity with the EU (Ireland) region and its specific requirements and regulations
Replicate the existing EC2 instance while ensuring all configurations, software, and data are accurately copied.
.Open and configure the specified extra ports on the copied EC2 instance.Create either a static IP or an Elastic IP. Register a new domain name based on client specifications.Link the newly registered domain name to the chosen IP address. Thoroughly test the duplicated instance, its configurations, open ports, IP addresses, and domain linkage.
