Copy EC2 Instance & Copy RDS to new ARN Account

Project Description:

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with the following tasks:

Copy EC2 Instance:
- I need to copy a Linux EC2 instance to a new account.
- The freelancer should have experience with AWS and EC2 instances.
- Must Copy the Server As-Is using AMI Backups or other method as they have specific licensed software installed that must be retained post migration
- The task should be completed within a flexible timeline.

Copy RDS to new ARN Account:
- I also need to copy an RDS database to the new account.
- The freelancer should have experience with AWS and RDS.
- Specific configurations for the new ARN account are not required.
- Update Web Application(s) on Ec2 Instance to utilize the RDS at the New Location Endpoint
- Migrate & Update Cloudflare DNS from Old Account to New Account

Overall, I am looking for a freelancer who is experienced with AWS, Linux EC2 instances, and RDS. The task can be completed within a flexible timeline.
