Convert weather data in netCDF files to csv files using NOAA MADIS API scripts

NOAA has a MADIS network of weather data. https://madis-data.ncep.noaa.gov/
They have API scipts that convert the netCDF files to readbale, usable .csv file.
I can get the netcdf files.
I can work with the .csv files.
I have an issue with the in between process.
I need someone to jump into my AWS ec2 unit and build the folder structure to get the API scripts working.

I'll need a pdf of how the structure flows and works at completion.
