Convert ubuntu shell script to AWS CDK in TypeScript

This project https://github.com/Ducharme/infraAsCodeShell creates few resources on AWS. The project is to convert the creation of resources entirely to CDK in TypeScript for the "Second step: Deploy core infrastructure (10 minutes)". Resources types are mostly IoT Core, S3, SQS, CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, CloudFront, ECR, CloudWatch, and IAM. Creation, modification, and deletion of resources should be handled.
