Configure site hosted on hostinger with backup as AWS

My woocommerce site is currently hosted on hostinger. Whenever hostinger is down, I would like all traffic to be routed to AWS or Azure or Google cloud platform. You can pick any one of the 3 providers whatever is easy for you. When hostinger is back up, traffic should be routed back to hostinger.
