Configure American Amazon marketplace with FDA barcodes and own shipping.

I need someone to set up the American Amazon marketplace to sell products, both those that are in stock in the United States and products that will be shipped internationally. We need the products to have FDA barcodes and international shipping. We need to approve the account, the products are already registered waiting for the barcodes.
