Configure AWS S3 Bucket replication process across two separate accounts

we have two separate AWS Accounts hosting two S3 Buckets, we need to create a replication process to replicate the source bucket from account 1 to the destination bucket in account 2.
note both s3 accounts a separate AWS Accounts so replication needs to be setup to allow real time data replication across the AWS Accounts.
