Comprehensive aws solution architect

I'm in need of an experienced AWS developer to assist in creating a cloud solution utilizing EC2, S3, and RDS services. The main functional requirements for this project are scalability and high-level data security. While I don't have a preferred programming language for this endeavour, I'm seeking someone knowledgeable who can suggest the best approach. Skills and experience with AWS, cloud solutions, and data security are paramount. Familiarity with multiple coding languages is a definite plus.
