Comprehensive n8n Workflow Training Needed

I am starting from zero with n8n and want a mentor who can take me all the way to an advanced, self-sufficient level. The goal is to master every step required to build and maintain my own workflows that pull from local assets—Excel spreadsheets, CSV or text files, database files—and then trigger or interact with a local Python Streamlit app. Once those foundations are solid, I need to see how the very same flows can expand outward through API connections to my Google Cloud project as well as to custom endpoints on my website, covering data integration, automation scripts, and general API work.

Please structure the engagement around live, hands-on sessions mixed with practical assignments so that each concept sticks. By the end I should be able to install n8n locally, configure all relevant nodes, handle authentication, design error-tolerant logic, and deploy finished automations without supervision.

Deliverables I expect:
• A sequenced lesson plan (basic → advanced) with live screen-share coaching
• Import-ready example workflows for each local file type and the Streamlit trigger
• A working demo showing authenticated calls to my Google project and website APIs
