Comprehensive AWS Database Solution

I need an AWS database to be created that can handle a large amount of data pertaining to user information and A/B test experiments. The data will include information such as user profiles, visits by device, conversions, and sales.

Key requirements:
- Design and create the database structure to efficiently store, retrieve and analyze this data.
- Ensure the database can support more than 10 tables or collections.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in AWS database services.
- Experience in designing databases for large-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of data storage and retrieval optimization.
