Im seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in building a local freelancer platform. The platform will connect job seekers and posters, facilitating the posting and bidding of jobs, as well as managing project progress and payments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with experience in TypeScript frameworks for server-side rendering and React.js or Vue.js for web development, as well as React Native or Flutter for mobile app development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop user authentication and profiling features, including sign up, basic details collection, and user categorization.
- Implement job posting functionalities, allowing users to create detailed job listings with prompts and boilerplate templates.
- Design and integrate payment gateways, specifically utilizing Midtrans Indonesia for secure transactions.
- Develop interactive features such as chat portals, notifications, and file repositories to facilitate communication and project management.
- Create user-friendly interfaces for browsing projects, applying for jobs, and managing profiles and portfolios.
- Build an admin portal with role-based access for monitoring user activity, managing complaints, and generating reports on job listings and user satisfaction.
Preferred Tech Stack:
- Front End: TypeScript framework with Server Side Rendering (React.js or Vue.js for web, React Native or Flutter for mobile)
- Back End: Utilize GCP services (Cloud SQL, Cloud Functions, etc.)
- Payment Gateway: Midtrans Indonesia.
This work is going to be divided into 6 major stages, corresponding to 6 milestones:
1. Planning
2. Designing (Software design)
3. Developing
4. Testing
5. Implementation & Integration
6. Maintenance
