Code Reviewer for Multi Vendor Open Cart

Looking for a Code Reviewer with expertise in OpenCart(Multi-Vendor), Mautic, and AWS (S3 and SES) for our b2b markeplace project. The project, hosted on a managed AWS VPS server, is in its testing phase and not yet live. The reviewer will focus on systemic issues, recurring bugs, and the integration of these technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a thorough code review, emphasizing the integration of OpenCart with Mautic.
- Assess the AWS S3 implementation for image storage, ensuring compliance with the 2MB size limit per image.
- Evaluate AWS SES integration for efficient email services and its connection with Mautic.
- Investigate and report on recurring bugs, especially issues that reappear after modifications in other code sections.
- Analyze the codebase to identify the root causes of cyclical problems, with a focus on interdependencies within the code.
- Provide a detailed report with findings and actionable solutions for enhancing code stability and resolving systemic issues.
