Cloud deployment

Hello! I am in need of a freelancer to assist me with a cloud deployment project. The solution I am looking for should use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host a HIPAA compliant web application and allow for low scalability - less than 100 users. The project should take into consideration the web application's requirements and make sure to adhere to any security and performance standards. It should also allow the web application to be properly deployed and managed on the chosen cloud provider. This includes creating a script for efficient deployment to multi-container using ECS, monitoring, debugging, and patching/updating of the web application.
