Cloud Security Setup for International Contractors

I need an IT Security Manager to create a robust, secure, public cloud-based system (like AWS or Google Cloud) for my overseas contractors.

The system will allow contractors to perform tasks such as accessing password-protected sites and handling data, without the ability to download or screenshot content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a secure cloud system
- Implement an isolated browser for web tasks such as Silo
- Set up 1Password Teams for sharing passwords without revealing them.
- Set up Time Doctor or Teramind Starter to monitor screens and keystrokes and blur sensitive screens
- Deploy Tailscale VPN to make sure all connections are secure.
- Create access protocols to ensure data integrity and security

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in IT security management
- Proficiency with public cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with secure data handling measures
