Cloud-Based MVP Backend Developer Needed
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I'm in the process of developing a cloud-based Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and am seeking a skilled Backend Developer to develop a robust backend for managing CT scan uploads, AI processing, and data storage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up a reliable Cloud Storage Service, particularly using AWS S3.
- On AWS, set up and configure the backend using Python/Django or Node.js, integrating with a Postgres database.
-Implement user authentication and secure access to XNAT using OAuth or similar.
- Create API endpoints for managing CT scan uploads, interactions with XNAT, and storing data in the database.
- Optimize for scalability, preparing for future expansion where multiple hospitals can use the platform.
Optional
-Integrate with 3D Slicer to handle medical imaging data, facilitating the interaction between the radiologists, backend, and XNAT.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in backend development, with a strong portfolio of similar projects.
- Experience with deploying pytorch models on cloud
- Expertise in utilizing AWS S3 for data storage.
- Previous work with healthcare-related software is a plus.
