Clone or Backup/Restore AWS EC2 Instances

We have two AWS accounts. One is our primary system with six EC2 instances. We have setup a backup account that I would like to have all six instances backed up from our primary account and restored to the backup account complete with all data. The freelancer accepting this task will connect to my desktop to complete the task. I will type in credentials as needed. For someone with extensive AWS EC2 experience, this should not take long.
