ChatGPT chat bot that can relay information from documents

I want a chat bot that uses generative speech (ChatGPT) to relay information from documents.

I want to be able to upload documents to AWS S3.

I want to be able to get information from those documents by asking questions. For example: tell me how many people are working in London on Monday. Or where is Crew A today.

I want the bot to work in WhatsApp and Slack.
