Change website urls to SEO friendly (AWS Expert)

My website is currently hosted in AWS. We are a luxury eCommerce website and we have hundreds of Urls for our products which do not have the proper product name. I'm looking for a backend developer who is well experienced in AWS deployment to change all my website's Urls to SEO friendly urls.

The website is www.ginzaxiaoma.com. We do not have a CMS so this developer must be good with backend development and AWS deployment.
