Change the document root path of a domain on AWS and update backup script

1. Change the document root path of a domain on AWS.
2. Update the current backup script of server. Current backup script (at /srv/execute.sh) dumps var/www/ directories and databases into AWS S3 bucket. However, after downloading/extracting the backup .tar file, it is one large file as opposed to individual var/www/ directories. Need the backup file to contain the individual directories.
