We are a small company that is looking for hourly online IT support.
We have some Windows laptops, but also we run some of our own servers on AWS EC2. The current issue is that our Smartermail email server (hosted on an EC2 instance) is not sending mail for all domains. We are looking for someone who can diagnose and resolve issues like these. The previous IT person left us with full documentation on all IT systems.
