ph7CMS : Fix / Trouble shoot Admin login function

Hi talents,
After installed and setup phCMS7, we got following problems.
1. Admin login function seems not to be working properly.
2. We tried to reset password for admin, it also failed.
I'd like to ask someone to work these things out.
