CAN NOT CONNECT TO EC2 INSTANCE AMAZON AWS

I am having issues connecting to my Amazon EC2 instance. I have given the instance a public IP address and I have configured an inbound rule to the security group. I have already checked from a different internet connection and different browser, but I still cannot connect. I need a skilled engineer to assist with diagnosing and resolving this issue as soon as possible. This practice is just a Demo for understand and learn aws ec2 instances.
