Build me a progressive web application

Hi,
We are looking into making a web application for Android, iOS, and browser which helps social media influencers do their job in a more streamlined way. We are looking to implement features like,
1. Scheduling posts to go up on a particular date/time on every social media the person has influence on.
2. Send bulk emails to multiple lists
3. Analytics to help them easily find their groove in their fields. Find them what their core audience reacts
positively to.
This app is to be hosted on AWS.
