We are seeking a skilled developer or team to design and deploy a high-performance chatbot system capable of handling 10,000 requests per minute. The system will leverage Amazon Web Services (AWS) products to ensure scalability, reliability, and fast response times.

Project Requirements:

Chatbot Development
Develop a chatbot using Amazon Lex for natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI.
Ensure the chatbot integrates seamlessly with backend APIs to provide accurate and real-time information.
Multi-channel support (web, mobile, and messaging platforms).

Backend Infrastructure:
Build a backend system using AWS Lambda (serverless architecture) or Amazon ECS for scalable application hosting.
Integrate Amazon SQS for message queuing to
handle asynchronous workflows.
Implement caching with Amazon ElastiCache (Redis) to reduce latency for frequently accessed queries.

Data Storage and Retrieval

Use Amazon DynamoDB for a NoSQL database solution to support high read/write throughput.
Configure database replication for fault tolerance and disaster recovery.

Scalable Architecture

Deploy the system on AWS with Elastic Load Balancer to distribute traffic across multiple instances.
Utilize AWS Auto Scaling to dynamically adjust capacity based on traffic demands.

Monitoring and Performance

Set up real-time monitoring with Amazon CloudWatch to track system performance and metrics.
Configure alerts for traffic spikes, errors, or performance degradation.

Deliverables:

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Proven expertise in building and deploying solutions using AWS products (Amazon Lex, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, etc.).
Experience with designing serverless architectures and scaling high-traffic applications.
Strong knowledge of NLP and chatbot development.
Familiarity with caching technologies (e.g., ElastiCache/Redis).
