Build RESTful APIs for CRUD operations for Training Purpose

Here is the requirement for the APIs development. It is only for training the students.

Create User - with the below fields
First Name
Last Name
Email
Mobile Number
Date of Birth : dd/mm/yyyy
Gender : Male or Female
Address : Free Text
Country : List - Only valid values
Skills: LIst(Any 5 technologies)- Only valid values

Update User - Create user fields
Delete User - Email ID or Mobile Number
Search User - First Name, Last Name, Phone Number
