Build Production ready HA ELK stack on AWS ECS(EC2/Fargate)

I would like someone to build Highly available and resilient ELK stack(Just cluster components) with XPACK basic license which should be production ready in a completed automated way on AWS ECS(EC2/Fargate). No Networking components needed on AWS. But ECS Cluster needs to be created using Cloudformation/Terraform.
