Build Multi-tenant Lab environment on AWS

We are looking for resources who can setup multi-tenant Lab environment that enable candidate access remotely to our archives of labs:

some of the task might be:
- install and configure two or more EC2 instances.
- install and configure dynamic user login that expires after 60 days.
- install and configure LDAP.
- provide support after setting up environments.

possible use cases:
- user open a page (URL)
- user is prompted with username/password
- user passes username/password
- if user is valid, a new instance of VM box is created on the fly and user will be able to login to the box
- user is presented on desktop with all possible client application
