Build AWS infrastructure with NICE DCV, mounted FSx for windows, and active directory

want to set up an AWS environment for artists to be able to log in to virtual machines and work in Unreal Engine. Here are the specs:

* Instances will all run windows.

* I want the workstations to run on g4ad instances (AMD Epyc and Radeon GPU). All proper drivers need to be installed for the GPU to work in unreal and NICE DCV.

* Nice DCV needs to be installed with QUIC UDP enabled and working.

* Windows active directory needs to be working using AWS Directory Service. I would like one admin account and one artist account with the ability to add and delete more users in the future.

* I would like to have an FSx for windows drive mounted to the "Q" drive on startup.

* If possible I would like roaming profiles also connected to an FSx drive.


I want a system where I could launch a 6 hour defined duration g4ad.4xlarge instance and share the public IP with an artist. The artist would be able to connect to the instance over DCV and log in with their credentials and start work. They would have access to all of their settings and data on the Q drive. When they are done I can just terminate the instance.
