Build AWS Video Processing Prototype

I need a prototype for a video indexing solution built using AWS PaaS. Skills needed include the need to use Lamdba, S3, Rekognition, RDS Aurora, Cloudwatch, SNS, MediaConvert, Transcribe
Solution will:
1. Trigger Lambda to take an uploaded MOV file in S3, convert it into MP4 using Elemental MediaConvert
2. Trigger Lambda on upload of MP4 file (directly or after conversion) - to take the file and run it aynrhnously through Rekognition and Transcribe services, storing the outputs of Rekognition in Aurora (data model to be provided to developer) and S3 (for Transcribe transcript file)
Specification to be provided to the developer:
Logical solution design (AWS outline design)
Logical data model for RDS (LDM for the database needed to be built)
Results to be delivered by the developer:
Full deployment package (including Cloud Formation Script for setting up the solution in an AWS enviornment, and the ZIP source codes for AWS lambdas)
