I need an expert to help me set up and configure MailWizz to work seamlessly with Amazon SES, specifically on the Free tier plan. The system must run without any additional paid services, operating on a ZERO budget.

Key Requirements:
- Install and configure MailWizz with Amazon SES
- Ensure MailWizz is configured to send both marketing and transactional emails effectively
