S3 Bucket Troubleshooting and Configuration Fix

I'm facing two issues with my Amazon S3 bucket, primarily used for storage and backup.

The errors I need assistance with are:
1) Account snapshot > Unknown Error
- An unexpected error occurred.
- The specified configuration does not exist.

2) Directory buckets I see
- Region not supported. This AWS Region is not supported.

I have set up the necessary permissions for the bucket, and I created it using the AWS Management Console.
