Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Site 1 — Public Consultancy Website + Resource Library (Delivery: Tomorrow)
Live preview: https://causewayfin-fjemykt4.manus.space/resources
Code package (Google Drive): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OA_Tw7ZSrtUQSvpvEEQ2jauXf_wRAQcO/view?usp=drivesdk
What I’m providing
• The Google Drive code package above
• AWS IAM access (scoped) for deployment and required setup
• Logos + colour palettes
• A detailed platform/management document (shared after award)
What you must deliver (non-negotiable)
1) Clean, production-ready repository
• Repo reorganized and readable (no clutter, no dead code)
• One-command local run (fresh machine friendly)
• Clear README: setup, run, deploy, env vars, troubleshooting
• .env.example included (no secrets)
• Smoke validation done (build + key pages load + no fatal runtime errors)
2) AWS deployment (cost-effective + secure) with full automation
• Staging + Production environments
• CI/CD so every push to GitHub automatically updates AWS (no manual console work)
• Secrets/config handled properly (no secrets in repo)
• IAM least-privilege set correctly
• Monitoring/logging enabled so errors are visible
• Cost-effective AWS setup (right-sized services, no unnecessary always-on spend)
3) Bilingual Admin Control Panel (Arabic + English, real parity)
A user-friendly control panel that is fully bilingual (EN/AR) with correct RTL/LTR behavior:
• Secure login + roles (Admin/Editor minimum)
• Audit trail for changes (who changed what, when)
• Resource Library management:
• Add/edit/delete Categories
• Add/edit/delete Resources
• Required fields per resource:
• Title (EN + AR)
• Description (EN + AR)
• Type (Standard/Guide/Report/Program/Other)
• Publisher/Source
• Date/Year
• URL link and optional file upload
• Tags
• Status (Draft/Published)
• Ordering/priority
• Publishing workflow:
• Draft → Preview → Publish/Unpublish
• Public site reflects changes immediately
• Admin health tools:
• Broken-link checker (manual run; scheduled job preferred)
• Basic error log view
• “Missing EN/AR fields” flagging
4) Public site quality (bilingual + SEO + stability)
• Full bilingual UI with correct RTL/LTR handling
• Resources page includes search + filters (keyword + category minimum)
• SEO implemented in both languages:
• Titles/meta per language
• hreflang EN/AR
• sitemap + robots.txt
• Site must be fully up, stable, and error-free on AWS
⸻
Payment condition (clear)
Full payment is released only after all deliverables below are completed and verified live:
1. Production site is live on AWS and stable
2. CI/CD works: GitHub push → automatic AWS update
3. Admin control panel is live, bilingual, and role-based

5. Health checks are present (broken-link checker + error visibility)
