Backend Database for Mobile App and Deploy on Heroku

Hello this is my first time an using Freelancer and am not a technical person so kindly bear with me if wrong terminology is used.

I have a personal App, Content base created using Flutter. Following info regarding the App:
1. User and Admin App built on Flutter.
- User App: Normally using this app to see all the content.
- Admin App: From here I update/create the Content or Content category.
2. Backend Language (NodeJS and MySQL)
3. App Backend is on AWS, Need to migrate it on Heroku.
4. I have a Admin and User App.
5. Backend file on Git is available, but the database is missing.

What am Looking for:
1. Deploy the Backend on Heroku
2. Create a new database so that the App can connect to the backend.
3. To make sure that the App works after being deployed on Heroku.
