Azure Fabric Serverless Tunnel Dashboard
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I need a Microsoft Fabric solution that runs 100 % serverless in Azure and lets me create, monitor, and re-route encrypted tunnels—specifically IKE, SSH, and GRU—between any two servers.
Core workflow
Once I sign in through Entra ID, the dashboard should open with an MS SQL MCP back end already connected. From there I must be able to:
• watch every tunnel live (status, latency, throughput)
• edit the connection parameters in an on-screen code panel and push the change instantly
• shift the FileServer stack to one of the preset regions (Swiss 1/2/3/4, Norway South/North, Ireland, UK, US Pacific, US Midwest, Singapore) simply by selecting it
Operational data—geo-IP, DNS, subnet mask, gateway, plus distance to the regional DNS gateway—has to be logged in real time and displayed alongside each session.
Extra milestone
After the main build is accepted, I want the same dashboard to link the SQL store to external databases (IBM DB3, HCL Domino file server, SAP Cloud, Oracle Cloud DB).
Acceptance criteria
• Single-sign-on via Entra ID and automatic DB credential hand-off
• Fully serverless Azure resources (Functions / Logic Apps / Fabric) with code checked into my repo and deploy-ready on day one
• Live editing panel proves it can modify an active tunnel without downtime
• All logs visible in the UI and persisted in SQL for audit
Irish-based developers will be given priority, but anyone who can demonstrate deep Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL expertise is welcome to bid.
