Azure DevOps Developer

My company is a design and manufacturing unit for industrial equipment. I need to migrate my operations data from excel to Azure Devops and create various workflows and rules in the system to provide reports. The maximum number of users will be 40. The total number of workflows that need to be designed will be 12-15. Data security is critical. User interface is also critical.
