Aws GlueJob

I am looking to hire a freelancer to create an AWS Glue job for me. The job type I need is an ETL job, which will migrate data from Elastic search to S3 bucket.I have an gluejob exporting data from an elastic search to s3 bucket.
I am running into some issues to migrate the data
As the gluejob is running very slowly and i want to update the script to reduce the execution time.
If you have full experience in aws glue, we can work together and budget is negotiable. I just need it to have continuous execution. Freelancer should have strong knowledge of the AWS Glue service, and have a demonstrated understanding on how to execute jobs in the AWS serverless environment. The freelancer should have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and be able to develop efficient and sustainable solutions to our cloud infrastructure.
