Automate the Deploy of Airbyte on AWS EKS uisng Terraform

Hello,
I am interested in automating the deployment of Airbyte (www.airbyte.io) on AWS EKS cluster using Terraform and Jenkins or some other CI/CD (flexible). We are looking to pay for two things, and wanted to request a quote:
1.) Successful terraform deployment of Airbyte and CI/CD on AWS Kubernetes
2.) Documentation or video on how exactly it was setup and how we could set it up on another AWS account from scratch.
Please let me know how long a project like this would take and how much you would charge.
