Assistance to start to work with Amazon SP-API

I am looking for assistance to start working with the Amazon SP-API.
I have created the developer profile now I want to know how to continue, the next steps to finally get to use SP-API of my store
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience working with APIs, preferably with some experience in using Amazon APIs
- Familiarity with the Amazon SP-API and its features
This project has a desired timeframe for completion of 2-3 days.
