AppStream 2.0, or alternatives

I'm looking for someone with experience setting up Amazon AWS AppStream 2.0 applications, or better yet knowledge of less expensive alternatives.
I have a windows desktop app I need customers to be able to access through a web browser.
My main concern is security. I want to make sure end users cannot share logins, probably through use of Multi factor authentication and all day browser cookies.
